Now pamper your horse while treating yourself!

Shhhh!  There’s a new secret among celebrities known for their fantastically flowing hair and we want to share it with you!  Now the same Mane ‘n Tail Shampoo that received Jennifer Aniston’s “Cosmo Girl Celebrity Kiss of Approval” is finally available in the UK!

Even Sarah Jessica Parker, the former “Sex and the City” fashion guru, has incorporated Mane ‘n Tail into her beauty routine.  The National Enquirer, published in the United States, recently reported that Parker’s on-set stylist, Anthony Dicky, “prefers the product because it works well on wavy, frizzy, and naturally curly hair.”

So what makes the products work so well that top stylists and celebrities can’t seem to get enough?  Mane ‘n Tail, originally manufactured for use on horses, has been successfully transitioned to human use with unprecedented results due to the unique micro-enriched formula and its incredible conditioning agents.

We fight over this at home, even my husband uses it!!!  He loves it, as do the rest of us and we use it on us, our horses and dogs.  The shampoo is great because we find if you use it it stops the hair absorbing dirt - keeping our palominos tails white!!!   Its back in stock due to customer demand!!

20th October 2007 - The Magic of The Horse

The Magic of the Horse Show came to Unex Towerlands, Braintree, Essex.  This one off performance arranged by Tanya Larrigan (Former Olympic Team Member) was fantastic.  People came from miles around to see this one day spectacular Equestrian Variety Performance.

The show started with a dramatic entrance from a Miniature Horse, closely followed by Icon, the Lusitano/Arab Palomino Stallion and 2 Friesian Horses.  In both performances the display to music was enchanting with these very different animals all in one place working next to each other in a well choreographed display.

This was only the beginning as the Western Reining showed the control and precision of these Quarter Horses. Then the Lusitano Quadrille then followed with 6 riders riding a cordinated display of their dressage art. Suzanne Keevil and Tanya Larrigan showed more of the Lusitano bloodlines with Idolo and Icon (Father and Son) in their performance of Pole Dancing (The Equestrian variety).  A difficult feat, having a long pole and dancing round it, let alone being on an horse.

Paul Hayler and Laura South presented a flowing magical display of dressage to music in a darkened arena where the lights picked out their white boots and the wonderful gleam on the black horses coats.

In contrast Driving horses that included a Shire, Hackney, Shetlands and an RDA team then circuited the arena, don't those little legs go 19 to the dozen?  Their carriages so clean, particularly as some of the drivers had been eventing with them only a week before.  Those wheels with spokes must have been such a nightmare to clean.

Comedy and Horses, who says it isn't possible? Tanya and Jacque certainly think so, this pair of comedians (the horse and Tanya) proceeded to make the whole audience laugh with a presentation of how not to!  Just as well Jacque let her take the lunging whip back, otherwise the horse could have taken over the show.

A short interval to allow us to catch our breath meant that more was to follow and we weren't disappointed, the Western display reminded us that obstacles weren't all about opening gates, although this was done with ease and grace.   It couldn't get better or could it?  Well bring in the Mini Marvels and their interpretation of Riverdance, I can't ruin this one for you, you need to see it.  It makes you want go home and practice your long reining.  If a Miniture can do lateral work on the long rein why can't I?

Back to the real world and what for us was the real working horse - The Shires.  Their quiet presence was felt by all and these gentle giants made their way round obstacles while towing a log.  It showed the art of the horse and driver and how those stunning horses managed before the tractors took over all that countryside.  Back in this time Ladies rode Side Saddle and a display that was topped by a pony with a smaller rider on side saddle too, jumping just proved that anything is possible.

Emma Kent and Erin Orford then showed us that Dressage to music needn't look difficult and these two are very special as their riding is made a little more difficult by their disabilities.  Not that you would notice, their horses although not used to the arena were impeccable and the audience watched in awe.  But their awe continued when 6 Vaulters and one horse displayed the art of Balance while moving.

As the finale neared Tanya's flowing costume and the arena lights, Idolo looked like a Silver Ghost Horse, in all his majestic might, presenting a display of his great articulation in dressage.  She stayed with him for the finale where all the riders/drivers entered the ring to say goodnight (while their horses already had retired to bed).

A fantastic event, hopefully Tanya will repeat.  http://www.themagicofthehorse.com
