FAQ's & LinksHow long will it take to deliver?Dependent on the size and weight of the items that you have ordered we will either use Royal Mail or a courier. This means providing the item is in stock it should be with you within 5 working days. If you need something quicker or are outside of the UK then email us before you place your order, then we can work out the cheapest and best way to get your items in time. If the item is not in stock, it might take us a few days longer, but we will always contact you with an anticipated delivery date if this is the case, giving you the options. What's the postage cost?We've changed these too, to reflect the real costs of postage. If you don't spend a lot, then the postage weight won't be much either so we've set the following bandings that will automatically calculate when you put the item in the shopping cart. This is for UK mainland delivery only, for overseas customers please contact us before you place your order (we try and only charge you what it costs us)
I can't see my size in stock?While we try our best to keep as many sizes as possible we can't always keep them all. Just contact us and we might have one or we will get you what you want, providing our supplier has it available. I've bought the wrong size, can I return my item?We ask you to try your best and order the correct size, in the event that you really have ordered the wrong size, please contact us before you do anything! We will try and assist will all items, but if we have ordered the size/colour especially for you then we will charge a restocking charge - this will depend on the item and how specialist it is. For example Polo Helmets are a special order and are not returnable apart for merchantable quality - under your statutory rights. In the case of Kan Teq Body protectors we are happy for you to buy and if the protector does not fit or you don't like it, then return it. If you keep in touch with us regarding the fitting and your concerns this will be no issue. This item is returnable even if you don't like it - providing the item is still new and unworn/ridden in. We are confident that if you have tried this product on properly and followed the instructions for fit that you won't need to return it. You will as for all wrong order returns be responsible for the postage to you and from you. Any returned item must be in the condition that you have received it, complete with attached tags and packaging etc. If in any doubt give us a call or drop us an email, we will discuss your situation with you and help you resolve it! (we are human after all!) I don't have a PayPal account?We use PayPal for a variety of reasons, not only to keep our costs down but to protect you as we don't have to collect or store your details in an account. You don't need a PayPal account to pay, they have come a long way where you should be able to just enter your card details, if you want to pay by cheque then make it payable to TackShop-Online, but remember it will need to clear before we send your items. If you are buying something large like a saddle then we can take cards, but speak to us for details. I've placed an order but want to add to itThis quite often happens and providing we haven't dispatched the goods, then we won't charge you postage twice, just contact us with the item details, we'll send you a payment request and add it to your item You don't seem to have...We are always looking at new items and if we don't have what you want then contact us with the details and we will see if we can source it for you |
