Acceptance

By making a purchase from this website you are indicating that you agree to the bound by the terms and conditions (statutory rights are not affected), please take the time to read them carefully and print a copy for your records.  These terms and conditions may be revised at any time without notice and it is your responsibility to ensure that you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary

Pricing and availability

The total price of the goods you have selected will be stipulated at the time that you place the order via our current processor – PayPal.  All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes in the UK (where applicable) Any customs or import duties due when the goods reach its destination country are your (the purchaser) responsibility.

TackShop-Online reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).


All products and services offered for sale on this website www.TackShop-Online.com are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we Endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.

TackShop-Online Endeavour to hold stocks of all our advertised products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges. We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Payment

Payment will be taken via PayPal on completion of the online ordering process, this Is to ensure that we provide you with a secure payment gateway and do not handle your card details in any way. TackShop-Online will contact you when the goods are ready for despatch.  We also accept cheques made payable to TackShop-Online although items will not be dispatched until clearance of the cheque with our bank, which takes approx 1 week.  For large orders where you would prefer to pay direct by credit card, this facility is available, but you must email sales@tackshop-online.com to make arrangements.

We will always give you in our opinion helpful and honest advice, but  as the customer you retain the decision whether to purchase and as a result TackShop-Online cannot be held responsible for any consequences relating to any products purchased from this website.

Overseas orders

We are happy to send orders outside of the UK. Postage is charged at cost  Any claims for VAT, Customs, Import or other taxes remain the responsibility of the Purchaser.  Contact TackShop-Online prior to your order to confirm delivery charges and your order cost.

 
Goods damaged in transit

Please make sure that you open your parcel immediately and check the contents on receipt and if signing for delivery that there are correct amount of items.  If there is any damage to the parcels ensure that you make a note on the consignment note. If you are unfortunate and have received damaged or incorrectly sent goods, you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery quoting your order reference in all emails or telephone calls.

 Goods lost in transit

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery, 1 working day for next day delivery option).
